This is just a random riding picture page for 2015. As I ride, I will be taking pictures and video to put here. I should be adding new stuff weekly. So stop back often for new stuff.
On Sunday, 4-19-2015, 3 of us, Al, Jacky, and myself, went riding in and around Brendan Byrne State Forest (formerly Lebanon State Forest), which is at the northern end of the NJ Pine Barrens around Rt 70 & Rt 72. It was a perfect Sunny Spring day around 62 degrees. It was Al and my first off road ride of this season. We did do a lot of single track.
Umm, Click the Pics to View Larger. Just incase ya didn't know.
The following Sunday, 4-26-2015, Drew and I, went riding around Brendan Byrne State Forest again. It was another perfect Sunny Spring day around 63 degrees. I searched this area over the Winter using Google Earth, looking for cool places to go to and ride with hills, pits with MX practice tracks, etc. I marked them on my iphone GPS and played around finding them. Well, my plan worked great. I found those 5 spots in this area very easy. Pretty cool. I took some video, but the camera was angled down at the ground in front of me, so they didn't come out good. Oh well, next time. Now that I have the correct angle on my helmet cam.
OK, so this time I met up with Travis and went riding around Brendan Byrne State Forest again. It was another perfect Sunny Spring day around 80 degrees. We rode the same area as the last few times. Had a blast as usual. But it was a Thursday, so no one was around. We didn't see any other bikes. I turned him on to some new areas, since he lives down there. He's the local, but I was the guide for the day.
We'll start this off with a video. I lost the mount screw from my helmet, so no riding vids from today, even though, that was the plan.
